I really wish I had wiser, more eloquent words to go with this.
Things will get better with time. I know.
I know it was the right thing to do, but I do think that some small part of me will always regret it a little bit. People just seem to have a knack for picking things that are the worst for them, and developing an antibiotic relationship that destroys them. Abusive relationships, smoking, drinking, bad television, junk food.
This has happened before in the course of humanity, and will undoubtably happen again, it's just my turn to be dutifully melodramatic.
